With a composition of 63–67% nickel, 27–33% copper, and additions of aluminum (2.3–3.15%) and titanium (0.35–0.85%), this alloy combines the proven corrosion resistance of Monel 400 with enhanced mechanical properties through γ' phase (Ni₃(Al,Ti)) precipitation hardening.

Ideal for marine, oil & gas, and aerospace systems, Monel K500 bars exhibit a tensile strength of 1,100–1,300 MPa and yield strength of 800–1,000 MPa after aging treatment, outperforming conventional stainless steels in high-stress applications. Its ability to resist chloride-induced pitting, stress corrosion cracking (SCC), and sulfidation in H₂S-rich environments makes it indispensable for seawater pumps, offshore valves, and sour gas well components. With a melting range of 1,288–1,343°C and low magnetic permeability even at cryogenic temperatures (-196°C), it ensures reliability in diverse thermal and electromagnetic condition.
